LexCoach scores your legal writing across 8 criteria, shows you exactly what to fix — and tracks how far you've come since Day 0.
From first upload to measurable progress — the entire loop is designed to take minutes, not hours.
Drop in a PDF, DOCX, or paste text directly. LexCoach handles client emails, short memos, and full legal opinions — up to 1,500 words per analysis.
AI analyses your document across all 8 criteria in 10–20 seconds. You receive a scored report, inline suggestions, and a rewritten version — in one view.
Every submission is plotted against your Day 0 baseline. Your radar chart expands as you improve — criterion by criterion, document by document.
Every document is measured against the structured framework used in Frahan & Associates training. Each criterion scores 1–5. Perfect is 40.
Is the client's question stated explicitly at the very top of the document?
Does the answer appear immediately, before any analysis or background?
Are concrete, actionable next steps given directly after the answer?
Is the analysis placed after recommendations and proportionate in length?
Are headings descriptive rather than generic labels like "Background"?
Is the writing clear and concise, free of passive voice and filler words?
Free from errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation throughout.
Readable with appropriate paragraph length, bullet use, and white space.
From instant analysis to audience-adapted rewrites, LexCoach gives you the full feedback loop in one place.
Paste or upload any legal document and receive a full scored report in seconds, with justifications tied to your actual text.
Rewrite any document for a different audience — from lay client to regulatory authority — with annotated before/after view.
Every submission tracked against your personal baseline. Watch your radar chart fill in as each criterion improves.
Whether you're building habits early or breaking them late, LexCoach meets you where you are.
Build the writing habits that define your career from day one. Get honest, structured feedback on every document — before your supervisor does.
Break the patterns you never noticed. See exactly where your writing buries the answer, inflates the reasoning, or loses the client's question.
Bridge legal precision and business communication. Adapt the same memo for five different audiences — board, GC, regulator, client — in minutes.
LexCoach gives every lawyer in your legal department their own personalised coach — and gives you a clear, real-time view of where the team's writing stands and where it's heading.
Each team member has a personal baseline, a radar chart that grows over time, and a score history from Day 0 to today. Individual accountability, no micromanagement.
Your Manager Dashboard shows team-wide score distribution across all 8 criteria, flags the weakest areas across the group, and tracks improvement since onboarding — all anonymised.
Spot a pattern — say, everyone buries the answer — and push a targeted exercise to the whole department in one click. Or assign privately to a single team member.
Run a Frahan & Associates session? LexCoach captures team scores before and after, and generates a comparison report showing exactly what improved and by how much.
LexCoach was created by two people who have sat on both sides of the desk — as practitioners who wrote the documents, and as trainers who taught others how to write them better.

A former lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb and Linklaters turned business consultant, coach, and Associate Professor at EDHEC Business School. Antoine has trained hundreds of lawyers across Europe through Frahan Consulting and co-founded FrahanBlondé, a management consultancy dedicated to law firms. He is also a published author, visual speaker, and NLP master practitioner.

A corporate and M&A lawyer trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was seconded to the London innovation team as a product owner. In 2021 he co-founded Ask Q, a legal services firm built around technology and efficient process.
